Krung Thai Asset Management PCL. ("KTAM") as the management company of North Bangkok Power Plant Block 1 Infrastructure Fund Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGATIF) would like to inform regarding the 26th dividend payment and 6th capital reduction payment and the book closing date for determining the right of unitholders to receive the payment of the dividend and the capital reduction details as follows:

1. The 26th dividend for retained earning and net income from net income from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 and at the rate of Baht 0.0274 per unit. The management company will pay dividend to unitholders on September 14, 2022

1. The 6th reduction of the par value at the rate of Baht 0.1820 per unit. The management company will pay the reduction of registered capital to unitholders on September 14, 2022. The objective of this reduction of registered capital is to pay
   the liquidity surplus from the cash flow of EGATIF which cannot be used as dividend payment. Therefore, after the 6th reduction of the par value, the rate will be 9.080 Baht per unit.
2. The book closing date for determining the right of unitholders to receive the payment of the dividend and the distribution of capital reduction will be on August 30, 2022.
