Authority of Thailand ("the fund") would like to inform you that, pursuance to our announcement about the fund's 5th capital reduction by decreasing the value of investment units at the rate of Baht 0.2120 per unit, and disclosed the book closing date on June 2, 2022, which KTAM had distributed cash from the capital reduction to unitholders on June 17, 2022.

On June 17, 2022 we had registered the 5th capital reduction with the office of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and the SEC had issued the letter no. Jor Tor -3. 175/2022 dated June 23, 2022. The details of decreasing value of registered capital are here below.
