(Oslo, 24 January 2011) EDB Business Partner ASA announced on 30 June 2010 that Norsk Hydro did not intend to extend material operating services contracts with the company beyond their expiry date of 1 July 2011. The loss of revenue relating to these deliveries will have an annual effect of approximately NOK 200 million.

In connection with this, EDB ErgoGroup ASA is now implementing the measures previously announced to reduce the costs associated with these deliveries, which will include closing certain of the group's offices in Europe and the closure of the office presence in Tampa in the USA.

EDB ErgoGroup will recognise in its interim accounts for the fourth quarter of 2010 a provision in the order of NOK 67 million in relation to the closure of these offices. The provision includes a reduction in headcount of around 80 employees, as well as premises rental and other costs.

For the sake of good order, it should be noted that Norsk Hydro continues to be a significant customer for EDB ErgoGroup.
