EBTEC Corporation, a business unit of EDAC Technologies, has gained accreditation approval for Air Flow Testing, meeting the requirements of NADCAP AC7130/5 Rev A. EBTEC now holds special process approvals for Airflow by PWA (PW322), General Electric (E50TF217), and NADCAP accreditation.
Measurement and inspection (Airflow) is the natural extension to complement EBTEC's existing laser hole drilling process capability.
EBTEC is also NADCAP accredited for Welding services (AC7110), and Non-Conventional Machining (AC7116). EBTEC General Manager Mark Hauser says 'EBTEC continues to maintain special processes as a core of its operations and offers its customers vertical integration of value added processes as an alternate solution to services only. Getting NADCAP approved for Air Flow Testing is a nice achievement for the EBTEC team and we are excited to onboard more Air Flow work for our customers in the coming months'
The NADCAP accreditation system is widely recognized as Best-In-Class and is continuing to become a base line requirement for all special services.
