ECSC Group plc (AIM: ECSC), the cyber security services provider, announces the following:

Pre-Close Trading Update

ECSC is pleased to announce that trading performance for the 12 months ended 31 December 2017 was in line with market expectaons.

The cash balance of the Company at 31 December 2017 was £1.6 million.

Non-Execuve Director Remuneraon

ECSC has agreed to return the payment of service fees to its three Non-Execuve Directors from the issue of nil exercise price share opons to monthly cash payments. This change has taken effect from 1 January 2018.
