Dividend Declaration

Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that the Directors have today declared a first interim dividend for the year to 30 September 2013 in an amount of 1.625p per Ordinary Share.

The first interim dividend will be payable on 28 February 2013 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on 8 February 2013 (ex-dividend 6 February 2013).
