Eclat Forever Machinery Co., Ltd. (GTSM:3485) acquired remaining 15.2% stake in Automa-Tech Taiwan from Automa-Tech for TWD 10.1 million on May 17, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, Eclat acquired remaining 0.55 million shares for TWD 18.5 per share.
