December 2, 2013 Symbol: Z: TSX-V NEWS RELEASE EAGLE MOUNTAIN ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT Vancouver, BC - Eagle Mountain Gold Corp. ("Eagle Mountain" or the "Company") (TSX- V: Z) (Frankfurt: E9X1) (OTCQX: EMGCF) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,850,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.065 per Unit, for total gross proceeds of approximately $250,000. Each Unit shall consist of one common share (a "Share") and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share (a "Warrant Share") at a price of $0.11 for a period of 2 years from the closing date of the private placement.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used to fund the advancement of the Company's Eagle Mountain Project in Guyana, and for general working capital. Completion of the private placement is a condition of the Company's agreement for a business combination with Goldsource Mines Inc., announced on November 26, 2013.
The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
