On February 17, 2021, director Randall G. Vinson informed the Board of Directors of Eagle Financial Services, Inc. that he would not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of the company at the upcoming annual meeting of shareholders on May 18, 2021. Mr. Vinson's decision to not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of the company is not the result of any disagreement with the company.
