DuPont Announces Leadership Changes for Engineering and Investor Relations

WILMINGTON, Del., Jan. 15, 2013 - Effective Feb. 1, DuPont has named Karen A. Fletcher as its Chief Engineer and vice president of Engineering and Carl J. Lukach vice president of Investor Relations.

Fletcher, 52, previously vice president of Investor Relations, has held a range of technical and business leadership roles since joining the company in 1982 in DuPont's Engineering Field Program.  She worked extensively in the Protection Technologies and Titanium Technologies businesses and has been in her current role since 2008. 

Lukach, 57, previously president, East Asia, DuPont Asia Pacific, led the company's activities in Japan, Korea, ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand.  He has served in several business and corporate leadership positions, including over 10 years in Asia Pacific and 4 years heading Investor Relations from 2004 to 2008.
