Dwitiya Trading Limited Approves Final Dividend for the Year Ended March 31, 2017; Appoints Sourav Sonthalia as Independent Director

Dwitiya Trading Limited announced that at the Annual General Meeting held on the 25 September, 2017 approved the declaration of final dividend of INR 0.02 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2017.

The company also approved the appointment of Sourav Sonthalia as independent director.
