Dusk Group Limited Announces Dusk Group Limited Change of Company Secretary

dusk Group Limited announced that Gordon Squire has been appointed Company Secretary following the resignation of Kate Sundquist from the role, effective on 27 June 2024. Further to announcement on 23 April 2024, Gordon Squire is currently the company's Chief Financial Officer having joined earlier than expected on 20 June 2024. Kate Sundquist continues to work out her notice period to ensure a smooth handover until 26 July 2024.
