Dreambed Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7791) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 70,000 shares, representing 1.69% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥50 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency, and carry out agile management in response to changes in the corporate environment.
The program will be valid till August 10, 2022. As of March 31, 2022, the company had 4,152,820 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 0 shares in its treasury.
