(Alliance News) - Doxee Spa on Friday announced the entry of Simest Spa - a CDP group company that supports the internationalization of Italian companies - into the share capital of its Austrian subsidiary Doxee CEE GmbH, with a minority stake of 42 percent.

Simest's entry into Doxee CEE GmbH took place, through the subscription by Simest both on its own and through the Venture Capital Fund - managed on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation - of a capital increase totaling EUR2.0 million to acquire 42% of the share capital of Doxee CEE GmbH.

To enable Simest to invest in Doxee CEE GmbH and thus make the capital increase effective, Doxee transferred to the latter the stake representing 90 percent of the share capital of Infinica GmbH, at a carrying price of about EUR9.5 million, which Doxee acquired last September.

Doxee closed Friday's session flat at EUR9.88 per share.
