        --  First Quarter 2013: Thursday, April 25, 2013
        --  Second Quarter 2013: Thursday, July 25, 2013
        --  Third Quarter 2013: Thursday, October 24, 2013
        --  Fourth Quarter 2013: Friday, February 7, 2014

Consistent with past practice, each quarterly earnings release with accompanying financial tables will be issued before markets open, followed by a 10:00 a.m. (ET) conference call to discuss results. The above-mentioned dates are tentative and will be confirmed approximately three weeks prior to the official earnings release date.
