Our Board of Directors decided on 24.01.2012 to contribute to our 46.82% subsidiary Do?an Haber Ajans? A.?.'s capital increase via rights issue from TRY 4,000,000 to TRY 10,000,000 and to fully exercise our preemptive rights amounting to TRY 2,809,346 in line with our participation share; and that the management of the Company be entitled and authorized to perform the required activities and procedures and to make required notifications to the related authorities
