Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

As previously announced, the board of directors of DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. (the "Company") has called an annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held on April 26, 2022.

On January 17, 2022, the Company filed a notice of the Meeting and record date with March 7, 2022 as the record date for the Meeting.

In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the foregoing information shall not be deemed "filed" for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall such information be deemed incorporated by reference into any filing under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
