Delhivery Limited Announces Resignation of Suvir Suren Sujan as Non-Executive Director, and Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board

Delhivery Limited announced that Mr. Suvir Suren Sujan has resigned as the Non-Executive Director of the company, with effect from August 24, 2023, citing pre-occupation and other commitments. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board. The Board of Directors in their meeting on August 24, 2023, has noted the resignation.
