DC Infotech and Communication Limited announced a private placement of 1,000,000 Convertible Warrants convertible into 10,00,000 Equity Shares of INR 10 each a at an issue price of INR 58.75 per warrant for the gross proceeds of INR 58,750,000 on June 14, 2024. The transaction will include participation from new investors Minuts Media Private Limited for 450,000 warrants and individual investors Rajvee Prakash Shah for 450,000 warrants and Jignesh Amrutlal Thobhani for 1,00,000 warrants. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.

The warrant exercise price is 176.25 per warrant.
