On March 5, 2012, the company stated that an estimated loss of SGD 2.2 million would be recognized in second half of fiscal 2012 on completion of the winding up of the Taiwan subsidiary operating in the media storage industry. As a result, the group may incur a loss in second half of fiscal 2012. Now the group expects it may not incur a loss for second half of fiscal 2012.
