The board of directors of Daohe Global Group Limited announced that Mr. TSE Hau Yin, Aloysius has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee and a member of both the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Board with effect from 21 December 2016.
