CUSTODIAN INVESTMENT PLC - OUTCOME OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING

Further to the Board Meeting of Custodian Investment Plc (the Company) that held on the 14th of May 2024, please find below the outcome of the meeting:

1. Re: Consolidated Management Accounts as at March 31, 2024

This is to notify the Public and the Nigerian Exchange Ltd ("the Exchange") that the Board of Directors of Custodian Investment Plc ("the Company") met on May 14, 2024, considered, and approved the Group's Unaudited Consolidated & Separate Financial Statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024.

The announcement of the results shall be made upon the Company's receipt of the requisite approvals by its insurance subsidiaries.

In compliance with the post-listing requirements of the Exchange, the previously announced closed period which commenced on January 1, 2024, will subsist until 24 hours after the 2023 Audited Financial Statements and Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024, are released on the Exchange and by extension, the public. Consequently, Directors and other insiders of the Company are restricted from dealing in the securities of the Company during the closed period.

2. Retirement of Chief (Mrs.) Margaret Yemisi Giwa

The Board also wishes to inform the investing public, Nigerian Exchange Limited and other stakeholders of the retirement of Chief (Mrs.) Margaret Yemisi Giwa, as a Non-Executive Director, from the Company's Board with effect from May 15, 2024.

The Board immensely appreciates Chief (Mrs.) Giwa's significant contributions and improvement to the operations of the business and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
