SME Global Funding Pte. Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 60% stake in ICS Funding Pte Ltd. from Credit Intelligence Limited for SGD 0.17 million.

SME Global Funding Pte. Ltd. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 60% stake in ICS Funding Pte Ltd. from Credit Intelligence Limited (ASX:CI1) for SGD 0.17 million on May 31, 2024. Upon completion of the Disposal, the Group will no longer have any interest in ICS, and ICS will cease to be accounted for as a subsidiary of the Group.
