CPFL Energias Renováveis S.A. ("Company" or "CPFL Renováveis") hereby announces to the holders of the 1st Issuance of simple, non-convertible, unsecured Debentures of Turbina 16 that on January 05, 2016, the Company is making payments as follows: (i) interest in the amount of R$ 2,140,535.63 (two million, one hundred and forty thousand, five hundred and thirty five reais and cents mentioned); and (ii) partial amortization in the amount of R$ 263,789,011.78 (two hundred and sixty three million, seven hundred and eighty nine thousand and eleven reais and cents mentioned) equivalent to 27,720 (twenty seven thousand, seven hundred and twenty) debentures, amounting to R$ 265,929,547.40 (two hundred and sixty five million, nine hundred and twenty nine thousand, five hundred and forty seven reais and cents mentioned).
