CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Harold Harkonen, P. Eng. consent to the public filing of the technical report titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report and Prefeasibility Study for the San Matías Copper-Gold-Silver Project, Colombia" with an effective date of January 11, 2022 (the "Technical Report") by Cordoba Minerals Corp. (the "Issuer").

I also consent to the use of any extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the Press Release of Cordoba Minerals dated January 11, 2022 (the "Press Release").
