Convergys to Host an On-site Career Fair in Tamarac, Florida

Currently Hiring for 80 Positions in the Telecommunications Industry

(Cincinnati, OH & Tamarac, FL; January 15, 2013) - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hosting a career fair on January 22, 2013 for its contact center in Tamarac, FL.

Interested candidates are invited to attend the career fair from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22 at the center located at 5601 North Hiatus Road, Tamarac, FL 33321. Candidates may also apply online at http://careers.convergys.com.

The new employees will be part of a team that provides sales and customer care services to customers in the telecommunications industry. Convergys is seeking to hire both English- speaking and bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals.

"We're looking for highly motivated individuals to handle inbound customer calls. Potential employees must have exemplary customer service skills, and computer literacy. Applicants interested in sales positions should possess some sales experience." said Johnny L. Rendon, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Tamarac.
