ﺔﻣﺎﻌﻟﺍ ﺔﺌﻴﻬﻟﺍ ﻉﺎﻤﺘﺟﺍ ﺕﺭﺍﺮﻗﻻﺍ ﻦﻋ ﺡﺎﺼﻓﻻﺍ :ﻉﻮﺿﻮﻤﻟﺍ

Please note that the General Assembly of the Contemporary Housing Projects Company met on Monday 28/03/2022 at twelve noon by means of audio-visual communication (ZOOM) and with the participation of the representative of the Companies' Comptroller, Mr. Originality and (3242508) agency shares with a total of (4687,111) shares, which constitutes 78% of the company's shareholders, and the attendance of the entire seven members of the Board of Directors. The Chairman of the session, Mr. Ibrahim Abdullah Abu Khadija, declared the legality of the meeting, and the following decisions were taken:

1) The minutes of the fifteenth general assembly meeting on March 29, 2021 were read and approved.

2) The annual report and future plan for 2022 were approved.

3) The company's auditors' report on the financial statements was approved on 31/12/2021

4) The members of the Board of Directors have been discharged from liability for the year ending on 12/31/2021.

5) Messrs. Methaq Consulting and Auditing were elected auditors for the fiscal year 2022 instead of Messrs. Al-Samman & Partners Chartered Accountants.

6) A new board of directors for the company was elected by acclamation. The new board of directors consists of:-

  • • Iyad Muhammad Abdul Ghani Al-Amad

  • • Hamza Abdel Rahman Awad

  • • Mansour Akram Alami

  • • Sahar Abdullah Abu Khadija

This meeting ended at one in the afternoon.
