NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), in compliance with the provisions of CVM instructions, hereby advises its shareholders, investors and the market at large that at the 1st /2023 Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors, held on this date, it was authorized to start structuring a simple incentive debentures issuance operation, non-convertible into shares, unsecured debentures, in up to two series, with restricted efforts, non-incentive placement, under the terms of CVM Resolution No.160/2022, in the total amount of up to BRL 400 million.
The funds raised through the payment of Debentures will be used to supplement the Company's investment plan.
The features of the offer will be informed in due course.
