CIR buys back 1 million of its own ordinary shares

(Alliance News) - CIR Spa announced the purchase of 1.1 million shares at an average price of EUR0.5608 for a total consideration of EUR633,095.40.

As a result of these purchases, the company holds 18.2 million shares or 1.7 percent of its share capital.

CIR's stock is up 0.5 percent to EUR0.56 per share.
