Milan, January 7 2019 - In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2018, CIR-Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 31 2018 and January 4 2019 it bought back 230,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9347, for a total amount of € 214,974.60. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 150,367,881 own shares, equal to 18.9310% of its share capital.
