(Alliance News) - CleanBnB Spa announced Tuesday that its board of directors reviewed some management data for the first half of the year, during which gross booking exceeded EUR21.4 million, up 27 percent from EUR16.8 million collected in the first half of 2023.

During the period, CleanBnB handled a total of 55,329 stays, up 35 percent to 41,025 in H1 2023.

In addition, in the first six months of the year, the company grew its property portfolio by about 400 units to 2,817 units, distributed in more than 80 Italian locations and managed exclusively, mostly under the "FULL package" formula of full management.

The second quarter of the current year, the company points out, confirms the trend of continued growth in business compared to last year.

Compared with the first quarter 2024, in fact, the second one recorded an 80 percent growth in the number of managed stays and 114 percent in guest receipts for stays

managed. This trend, the company explains, is set to consolidate in the first few months of the second half of the year.

"The results of the first six months of 2024 confirm, for the umpteenth time, the trend of continuous growth for CleanBnB," comments President Francesco Zorgno, "CleanBnB confirms itself as the first Italian operator of property management intended for short term rentals. CleanBnB's business model, characterized by organic, sustainable and diversified growth across the territory, is proving once again this year to be the best solution to face the challenges of an increasingly competitive market."

CleanBnB closed Tuesday in the green by 3.2 percent to EUR1.48 per share.
