CIL Holdings Appoints Mr. Choi Chin Yu as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of CIL Holdings Limited announced that with effect from 9 August, 2012, Mr. Choi Chin Yu has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Choi has also been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee, audit committee and nomination committee of the Company. Mr. Choi, aged 34, has over 14 years of experience in the computer software sector in Hong Kong.
