CIG Pannonia Eletbiztosito Nyrt : Announcement on the personnel changes at CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc’ s and its subsidiary’s management

CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the "Company"), hereby notifies its Esteemed Shareholders and other capital market participants that Ottó Csurgó dr. resigned from his executive offices filled in both at the Company, and at the CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. (hereinafter: "EMABIT").

Ottó Csurgó dr. resigned from his membership of the Board of Directors, his office as a chairman of the Board of Directors, and as a CEO at the Company as of today. The Board of Directors - based on the proposal of the Company's Remuneration and Nominations Committee - decided on the election of Mária Király dr. member of the Board of Directors as the chairman of the Board of Directors, and Gabriella Kádár dr. member of the Board of Directors as CEO as of today.

Ottó Csurgó dr. resigned from his membership of the Board of Directors and as a chairman of the Board of Directors at EMABIT with the effect from the date of the supervisory authorization of the new Board member. Meanwhile he resigned from his position as a CEO as of today.

Based on the proposal of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, founder' s decision was made on the election of Gabriella Kádár dr. as the CEO of EMABIT with the effect from the date of the supervisory authorization. The Board of Directors of EMABIT - based on the proposal of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee - decided on the election of Zoltán Busa - member of the Board of Directors - as the CEO of the EMABIT as of today.
