Reference is made to the announcement of CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. (the "Company") dated 19 December 2016 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise expressed, capitalised terms defined in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as those in the Announcement.

Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of and permission to deal in the Notes by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) only as described in the private placement memorandum relating thereto dated 19 December 2016. Permission for the listing of, and dealing in, the Notes is expected to become effective on 24 January 2017.
