According to the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2022 held on May 4, 2022, which resolved to allocate the Newly Issued Ordinary Shares to Existing Shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholdings (Rights Offering). The offering price is set at 0.702 baht per newly-issued share. Period and payment of subscription between 9 and 15 June 2022 on business days (5 business days in total)
The Company would like to inform you that published of the notice of the allocation of newly issued ordinary shares to existing shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholdings (Rights Offering) on the Company's website and investor relations section from May 26, 2022 via URL: https://investor.cho.co.th/en/shareholder-information/notification-form-for-exercisefor the shareholders have enough time to consideration about the exercise of the rights to subscribe for the newly issued ordinary shares.
The company will send the documents to the shareholders who receive rights by mail at the address provided to Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd.
