VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING BY CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER

This is a voluntary announcement made by China Hanking Holdings Limited ("Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") to inform its shareholders and potential investors of the latest information regarding its controlling shareholders, Ms. Yang Min.

The Company was informed that Ms. Yang Min acquired 25,500,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") of the Company at an average price of HK$3.43 each on 14 and 15 January 2016 ("Acquisition").

Immediately prior to the Acquisition, Ms. Yang Min was interested in 774,345,166 Shares, representing approximately 42.31% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Immediately after the Acquisition, Ms. Yang Min was interested in 799,845,166 Shares, representing approximately 43.71% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement.
