CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 29 March 2019 relating to the delay in the publication of the 2018 Annual Results Announcement and 2018 Annual Report. Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.

The Board wishes to clarify that, due to inadvertent mistake, it was wrongly stated in the Announcement that the Announcement was issued in the name of "Mr Pan Xiaodong, Chairman" by order of the Board. In fact the Announcement should have been issued in the name of "Mr Stephen William Frostick, Executive Director" by order of the Board as Mr Pan Xiaodong did not attend the Board meeting approving the Announcement.
