CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Fortune Investments (Holding) Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that the principal place of business of the Company has been changed to Shop 212- 213, 2nd Floor, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong with effect from 15 August 2019.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises three executive Directors, namely, Mr. Cheng Chun Tak (Chairman),, Mr. Stephen William Frostick and Ms. Li Ka Ki, one non-executive Director, namely Mr. Huang Shenglan and three independent non-executive Directors, namely Mr. Chang Jun, Mr. Xu Jingan and Mr. Lee Chi Hwa Joshua.
