SUPPLEMENTARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE

ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of the resignation of non-executive Director published by China Healthcare Enterprise Group Limited (the''Company'') on 31 July 2017 (the''Announcement''). Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Announcement, Mr. Chan Kin Sang (''Mr. Chan'') tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director with effect from 31 July 2017. The Board wishes to state that the reason for Mr. Chan's resignation is that he requires more time to pursue his other business commitments.

Save as stated above, all other information set out in the Announcement remains unchanged.
