Chia Yi Steel Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2018. For the full year, the company announced total revenue was TWD 1,411.788 million compared to TWD 1,259.332 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 73.465 million compared to operating loss of TWD 40.788 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 64.007 million compared to net loss of TWD 51.639 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.42 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 1.38 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.41 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 1.38 a year ago.
CHIA YI STEEL CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the forging, processing and distribution of casting iron products. The Company primarily involves in the manufacture and precision processing of iron products, which are applied in mechanical parts, electric motor parts, automobile parts, oil pressure parts and other hardware and spare parts, among others. The Company also offers molds and customer-tailored precision processing services. The Company distributes its products mainly in Asia, the Americas and other regions.
