Charter Hall Office Management Limited, as manager of Charter Hall Office REIT (ASX:CQO) (CQO), today announced the appointment of Natalie Allen as Acting Company Secretary.

Ms Allen's appointment follows Nathan Francis' resignation from the Charter Hall Group and his position as Company Secretary for CQO. Ms Allen was formerly Company Secretary for the REIT from

30 June 2009 to 28 October 2010. A formal recruitment process for the Company Secretary position has commenced.

Ms Allen also continues in her roles as Charter Hall Group's General Counsel and Company Secretary, as announced 24 November 2011.
