Half-year report on liquidity agreement with Gilbert Dupont Toulouse, FRANCE, Ann Arbor, UNITED-STATES, January 4, 2017 - Under the liquidity contract signed between Cerenis Therapeutics and Gilbert Dupont, the following assets were booked to the liquidity account at 31st December 2016:

• Number of shares: 23,291

• Cash balance in the liquidity account: 204,687.69 €

  As a reminder, in the last half-year report, at 30th June 2016, the liquidity account stood as follows:

• Number of shares: 26,242

• Cash balance in the liquidity account: 173,938.94 €
