The board of directors of Centron Telecom International Holding Ltd. announced that, with effect from September 01, 2015, Mr. Ng Wai-kee (Mr. Ng), currently an executive Director and the chief financial controller of the company will resign as the Chief Financial Controller due to re-division of role and function but will remain as the executive Director. Mr. Ng will be responsible for the group's investment and the development of the group's new business and Mr. Hung Ee Tek (Mr. Hung), a former independent non-executive Director, will be appointed as the Chief Financial Controller. Mr. Hung was an independent non-executive Director from December 31, 2009 to 30 June 2015.

Mr. Hung has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and auditing. He had worked in local and international accounting firms, and had been finance manager and company secretary and financial controller of listed companies in Hong Kong. The Board also announced that with effect from 1 September 2015, Mr. Ng will resign as the authorized representative and Mr. Hung will be appointed as the authorized representative of the company.
