CENTRIX BANK PROMOTES MATTHEW JAMES TO COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER

BEDFORD, New Hampshire (March 27, 2014) - Joseph B. Reilly, President/CEO of Centrix Bank,announced today the promotion of Matthew T. James to Commercial Loan Officer of the Bank's Bedford lending team.
Mr. James will be responsible for assisting his team in the oversight and management of individual commercial loan portfolios. He will report to Al Romero, SVP, Commercial Team Leader.
"Matt began his tenure with Centrix Bank in our commercial lending training program," said Joseph B. Reilly, President/CEO. "In just two years, he has gained the knowledge and skills necessary to excel as a member of our expanding commercial lending team."
Mr. James holds a B.S. in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University of Manchester, N.H. Mr. James and his family reside in Manchester, N.H.
