CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a leading UK provider of specialist social care services, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013 and the notice convening the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are today being posted to shareholders.

The documents are also being made available at the Investors section of the Group's website,http://www.caretech-uk.com/investors.aspx.

CareTech's AGM will be held at 10.00am on Tuesday 4 March 2014 at CareTech Holdings PLC, Metropolitan House, 3 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 1AG.

The Adults Services segment is engaged in the provision of care and residential services for adults with learning disabilities, individuals recovering from mental health disorders, adults with autistic spectrum disorder, those with one or more physical impairments and adults with acquired brain injury. The Children's Services segment is engaged in the provision of assessment, residential care and education for young people with challenging behaviors, and those with behavioral and emotional disorders.
