RELEVANT FACT CARBURES EUROPE, S.A. 10 January 2017

In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse and Article 228 of the Consolidated text of the Securities Market Law, approved by Royal Decree 4/2015, of 23 October and related provisions, as well as according to Notice 15/2016 of the Alternative Stock Market (MAB), we provide the following information:

In consideration of the new communication procedure related to operations performed by administrators, managers and people closely associated with them (established in the aforementioned article), we communicate the following debt restructuring operations of the company´s stock, taken place on November 9th of January 2017. These operations were performed by Neuer Gedanke S.L. and Rafcon Economist S.L. which are controlled by Mr. Rafael Contreras President of the Board of Directors of Carbures. Both operations were made in order to meet with payment obligations to third parties.

All of them have occurred outside the market valuing the shares at the closing price of that day:

0.60 euros per share. The execution of these operations will occur during this week.
