Irico Display Devices Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600707) announced private placement of up to 2,900,000,000 shares for gross proceeds of CNY 19,220,000,000 on January 22, 2017. The shares are subject to a hold period of 12 months from the date of issuance. The transaction obtained the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
