BTM Resources Berhad Appoints Lee Yoon Seong as Independent and Non Executive Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee

BTM Resources Berhad appointed Mr. Lee Yoon Seong, age 54, as Independent and Non Executive Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective from 15 July 2024. The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee after the change is as follows: Members - Mr. Lee Yoon Seong (Independent Non-Executive Director) and Ms Goh Siow Cheng (Independent Non-Executive Director).
