This is in continuation with Exchange notice no 20221230-1 dated December 30, 2022 for the Delisting Offer of DFM Foods Limited ("Target Company") made by AI Global Investments (Cyprus) PCC Limited ("Acquirer") along with AI Darwin (Cayman) Limited ("PAC") to the public shareholders of Target Company for which the bidding period closed on January 05, 2023.<_o3a_p>

JM Financial Limited ("Manager to the Delisting Offer") has submitted vide its letter dated January 05, 2023the outcome of the Reverse Book Building Process ("RBBP") under Regulation 17 (3) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations, 2021.<_o3a_p>
