The Board of BSC DRUKARNIA OPAKOWAŃ S.A. based in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "the Issuer") hereby informs that they received information that during today's meeting the Company's Supervisory Board approved the investment plan for the year 2017. From the content of the approved investment plan of the Company for the year 2017 it is concluded that the Company expects the investment expenses in the year 2017 at the amount of approximately PLN 28,000,000 (twenty eight million zlotys), a part of which, at the amount of PLN 9,500,000 (nine million five hundred thousand zlotys), is to be allocated to the construction of the production plan. The Issuer informed about the implementation of that production plan in their current reports: no 34/2015 dated 10 December 2015, no 10/2016 dated 03 June 2016 and no 6/2017 dated 15 February 2017. The expected total amount of the expenses allocated to the construction of the production plan, which the Issuer informed about, shall amount to approximately PLN 15,500,000 (fifteen million five hundred thousand zlotys).
